I could list off a lot if I sat down and thought about it. The most interesting one I can list off is Ghost Hunt. It is a very interesting one indeed.

I could go on for *days* about this subject, but I'll try & keep this short (for a change).

Revolutionary Girl Utena
If you look past the "girly" exterior, you'll find that this can be a pretty dark anime.

Code Geass
All Hail Lelouch!!!
...and that's all I have to say on the subject.

The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya
You might wanna skip episodes 2-8 of the 2nd season as they're pretty pointless. Otherwise great series!
Season One: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL5B54DE0C408E9BB2
Season Two: http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLBD707AAA78EB1431

Dance in the Vampire Bund
Really hoping that, with the manga coming to an end, they'll make a season 2 of this.

Battle Angel
One of my first faves!
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL8A2D930D091B4804

Sgt. Frog
Funny as hell! Some purists may have a problem with the dubb though...

Interstella 5555:The 5tory of the 5ecret 5tar 5ystem
Created by Leiji Matsumoto and Daft Punk, this movie is trippy fun ^_^
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tc-BP7PSm18
(In fact, anything Matsumoto does would likely make my list!)

El Hazard: The Magnificent World
An oft unappreciated & unremembered anime by the creators of Tenchi Muyo!
http://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PL1A3E4954044C556E

Baka and Test: Summon the Beasts
Currently watching the second season of this. Lotsa humor & lotsa fanservice, just like I likes 'em ;P

Blue Submarine No.6
This is another great classic, although I have to admit that the reason it's on my list is that I have quite the "fanboy crush" on Mutio *^^*

...so much for keeping this short ^^; Oh well.

Peace ^_~

I like;
Gurren Laggan,
Code Geass,
Full Metal Alchemist (and brotherhood),
Soul Eater,
The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya,
Highschool of the Dead (for the plot, I swear.)
and a few others I can't think of right now.

(this list is in no way in the order of favoritism, just in the order of me remembering them. Havn't watched an anime in a while now.)

I think one of my favorite animes (though I've only been able to see clips of it) is one that wasn't even made in Japan.

Any of you lot heard of Wakfu? It's from the same guys who made Code Lyoko. Also, it's an anime that uses the same flash animation tech as Friendship is Magic.

Here's a AMV sample for you all:

Hayao Miyazaki(Ghibli) works, especially "Princess Mononoke". Gainax - "Toppu-wo Nerae!", "Neon Genesis Evangelion". And many many others :)

Oh man, I completely forgot about Bobobo XD

I first saw it on Toonami and to be frank, that was my first time seeing a bizzare anime; so much so that I watched it every week just see to what nonsense would come flying my way =)

I should probably go and see if GogoAnime has it and watch those episodes again just for a good old laugh =P

OOOH, I'll also have to pick Ouran Host Club, FMA, and Trigun (Despite not finishing any of those) and, also, Hellsing is a good'n, too.
